Garden Centre Extension, Essex Feasibility Studies and a report for proposed extension to the garden centre facilities.	Car Park Extension with SuDS drainage, Great Dunmow Major retail extension and external works. OUR SERVICES: As subconsultants, our involvement was limited to the Civils aspects, including car park and access road design and sustainable drainage design for the surface water with attenuation tanks and flow control devices. Our staff also provided drainage strategy report, including hydraulic modelling and analysis with MicroDrainage software to ensure the proposed development will not increase flood risk.
