We are not your average structural engineering practice. We are qualified civil/structural engineers, project managers and procurement advisers.

 

Many consulting civil and structural engineers are only focused on design and do not get involved in the delivery process until after the feasibility and planning stages. However, clients and project managers for capital projects often require multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals, independent of the supply team, to provide impartial advice to support them through the design and delivery processes. The client support team is often led by the project architect and appointed during the project definition stages.

Construction work planning

The appointment of the design and construction team takes place after preparation of the project brief. Prior to this stage, no design team is required; which means that any expert advice that might be required during the early stages will need to be provided by the client's in-house team, or by appointing independent client advisers.
