What we do
Following Stanwell Consulting's appointment our first task will be to attend site to inspect the subsidence and all associated building defects and then provide a detailed structural report on our observations.
Once our report has been forwarded to your insurers, we will assist you to liaise with the insurers' loss adjuster to facilitate the claim process.
Using our network of specialist subsidence investigation contractors, we arrange and manage the relevant surveys to enable the selection and design of an effective remedial solution.
We support clients at every stage of the repair process, including coordination of any necessary specialist design, preparation of schedule of works, contractor appointment, contract administration and project monitoring from conception to completion.
